Catalog and Return Info
* Please Note - During checkout, review your order and make sure the size and color are what you need. We do not have the ability to change your order once you confirm. If you see a mistake on your order and you have confirmed, please email us immediately at amy@schoepferseyes.com.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, less the shipping amount if sent out. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded less the shipping fee, on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted on all items for any reason except for closeouts or special order items. Exchanges must take place within four weeks of the date of purchase. When exchanging an item, please indicate the invoice number it was received on and exactly what you would like in exchange. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchanges, except when the request is due to defective merchandise or an error on our part. Please be diligent on opening your new order, we want you to receive what you need, if you fail to notify us in a timely manor and I may not be able to exchange your goods. If you do not have an invoice (made within the past month or so) and I can't find it in our system (made within the past month or so), we will not do any exchanges or returns.
Returns
We accept all returns for a store credit with no charge. Items returned for a check or credit card refund will incur a 20 percent restocking fee. For items returned due to an error on our part or for defective merchandise, we offer an exchange or full refund as you desire. Please call for authorization on all exchanges or returns.
* Please note:
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within
14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your
own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery
service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
5. We cannot accept returns on altered or used products.
Back orders
Unless otherwise indicated, back ordered items will be sent as soon as they are available. Exception: back orders will not be sent on foreign orders.
