Catalog and Return Info
* Please Note - During checkout, review your order and make sure the size and color are what you need. We do not have the ability to change your order once you confirm. If you see a mistake on your order and you have confirmed, please email us immediately at email@example.com.
Exchanges are accepted on all items for any reason except for closeouts or special order items. Exchanges must take place within four weeks of the date of purchase. When exchanging an item, please indicate the invoice number it was received on and exactly what you would like in exchange. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchanges, except when the request is due to defective merchandise or an error on our part.
We accept all returns for a store credit with no charge. Items returned for a check or credit card refund will incur a 20 percent restocking fee. For items returned due to an error on our part or for defective merchandise, we offer an exchange or full refund as you desire. Please call for authorization on all exchanges or returns.
* Please note:
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
5. Please call or email and make sure a contact has been made before returning your item.
