Shipping
At G. Schoepfer Inc. we are devoted to our customers. We attempt to ship all
orders in a timely manor. Larger and matching orders may take longer to
ship. “Rush orders” are sent out the same day received for an additional
charge of $5.00 (if received prior to 12 noon EST) Generally, orders under
$150 are sent via US priority mail. We ship via UPS for orders over $150, or
for special requests (such as next day air, 2nd day air or 3rd day)

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted on all items for any reason except for closeouts or
special order items. Exchanges must take place within four weeks of the date
of purchase. When exchanging an item, please indicate the invoice number it
was received on and exactly what you would like in exchange. Shipping and
handling charges will be applied to all exchanges, except when the request is
due to defective merchandise or an error on our part.

Returns
We accept all returns for a store credit with no charge. Items returned for a
check or credit card refund will incur a 20 percent restocking fee. For items
returned due to an error on our part or for defective merchandise, we offer
an exchange or full refund as you desire. Please call for authorization on all
exchanges or returns.

Backorders
Unless otherwise indicated, backordered items will be sent as soon as they
are available. Exception: backorders will not be sent on foreign orders.
